The Jim Camp Group's approach to negotiation training is different in three ways.

First, we offer a negotiation system. A system is a series of principles and laws that are aligned to solve real problems. The problems you face in negotiations are numerous and our negotiation training and management system solves every problem you face. For example, our negotiation coaching clients always know what to do next in a negotiation. They are never lost with us. There is no guessing with us. They are never unsure with us. There is no fear, no pressure, and no stress. The negotiation training system does not rely or require compromise and assumptions. It works every time. Negotiation clients never step backward nor do they ever damage their mission and purpose with us.

In our negotiation system, we don't use false tactical words or buzz words like power, relationship, partner, value proposition, leverage, win-win or win-lose, batna, or both sides win. We use words like decision, vision, mission and purpose, rules, principles, laws of behavior, negotiation, system, and agenda, and each key word is defined by a common dictionary.

Our negotiation system is as it must be; based on science. It must utilize and organize the laws, rules and principles of human behavior. We are the only organization in the world to have identified the science and organized a system that is duplicable and repeatable across a large team. It is this foundation of science that has created such dramatic results with our clients all over the world across all cultures.

All of our negotiation competitors are collective bargaining/conflict resolution founded. They make it easy for us to help you be amazingly successful in your negotiations. We are not collective bargainers using and crafting compromise and assumptions during negotiations. You won't learn how to compromise with us. We are very capable of accepting compromise, but we don't teach or coach it in negotiations. Compromise and assumption are not part of the science of negotiation.

We do not pretend to be all knowing; we know our greatest strength in negotiation is to not know until we truly know.

Second, our state-of-the-art, server-based interactive negotiation training technology is unmatched in the world. Our negotiation training is a series of rules, principles and laws aligned that solve problems in negotiation. We manage the entire negotiation project globally in real time in a secure environment. Our negotiation management system is the first negotiation project management system with such capability, so capable that the patents are pending. No one else can offer it. Our negotiation training is conducted through the online system. We don't recommend negotiation training workshops; we know it is a great way to get out of the office, but it is very time consuming and expensive, and for negotiation training purposes, we feel they are a waste of time.

Third, we support our negotiation training clients and are able to coach them in real time. Each negotiation training client has two negotiation training coaches assigned, one to assure academic negotiation success in 8 hours and another to coach the clients real negotiations to assure their grasp of the negotiation training and real success. The negotiation training will illuminate mistakes that we can help the client fix quickly and effectively without destroying the opportunity the negotiation provides.
