The Operational side of the Coach2100® System
Here is where the organization executes in planned events, debriefs
the leadership and teams after actions, prepares for upcoming events,
and executes emergency actions in response to crises, incidents, and
situations.
An organization’s operational team members, the leadership and
management teams are connected through the Coach2100® system
to accomplish task-oriented contentious event and crisis incident project
management with robust utilities for:
- coordination and collaboration during all phases
both vertically and horizontally
- preparation and planning consistent with organization
standards
- readiness support for pre-deployment preparation
and coordination of ongoing actions
- action notifications for team and team member
in alerts, deployments, and operational activity
- execution of planned actions
- debriefing and after action reporting
- reaction planning cycles driven by activities
- leadership access to all in-system planning, preparation,
operational activity, and debriefing
- dynamic team building and notifications of in-system
activity
- assembly of task appropriate teams from
internal or external assets
- recording of team member activity during the operation.
Coach2100® supports the “anywhere – anytime – anyplace” access
for authorized personnel without the necessity to have a software load
on their computer. Access to the internet is the minimum requirement
and can be accomplished in conventional or unconventional communication
protocols utilizing equipment and networks indigenous to the organization.
Coach2100® supports security by utilizing encrypted
data and eliminating the need to have programs and data deployed with
operators on their devices. Deployed operators anywhere do not
need to bring data or equipment to the actual operational area and
can access the Coach2100® system from any computer
that can access the internet.
Some communication equipment may be required to access Coach2100® due
to infrastructure failures due to a catastrophe or lack of an existing
viable communication infrastructure in a remote part of the world. If
such communication is established by unconventional means, then the
full power of Coach2100® is available to the organization’s
leadership and its deployed teams and assets.
External assets may be authorized onto the Coach2100® system
for specific access on an “ad hoc” basis for planning
input, debriefing or actionable input during an event for deployed
team. Such access is organization controlled and limited by the
authorizing agency where certain operational or security restrictions
may apply.
The design and operational nature of the Coach2100® system
permits the deployed operational teams, organization leadership and
selected assets whether adjacent, superior, subordinate, indigenous,
attached, or under operational control to effectively communicate and
collaborate regardless of catastrophic communication infrastructure
failures or unavailability or the geographical separation of these
assets.
All assets are “on the same page” for the duration of
the event and the record of the “same pages” is preserved
for “lessons learned” and organizational knowledge in the Coach2100® system.
